Thank you for shopping with In Odd We Trust. Below are the details of our shipping and returns policy to ensure your experience is seamless and clear. This policy applies to products sold directly through our website, through Amazon UK and Printful’s print-on-demand services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. No garlic allowed.
SHIPPING
ORDER FULFILMENT
Processing Time:
Each item is made to order (we don’t keep a warehouse of cursed relics—yet), which means:
Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days.
Custom print-on-demand items, fulfilled by Printful or Amazon, may take up to 7 days to be created before shipment.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary based on location.
Domestic: 3-8 business days after processing.
International: 10-20 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: Where available, faster shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Like Count Orlok’s voyage on the Demeter, delays can occur due to storms, customs, pandemics, or cursed winds. We’ll do our best to communicate if any spectral interference occurs.
Multiple Fulfilment Locations:
Some orders may ship from different facilities depending on product availability and your location. You may receive multiple packages.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and whether the bats are willing to carry the parcel that day.
Free shipping may be offered during specific promotions.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For international orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your package is delayed or lost in transit:
Double-check your address. We are not responsible for incorrect information.
Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If unresolved, email us at theoddsquad@inoddwetrust.co within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll investigate, file claims if appropriate, and possibly offer a replacement or refund — though we can’t guarantee protection against supernatural tampering.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Standard Products: Products purchased directly from our website may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Custom and Print-on-Demand Products: Items fulfilled by Printful or Amazon are custom-made and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
LOST OR DELAYED ITEMS
If your package is lost or delayed:
Double-check your address. We are not responsible for incorrect information.
Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Because each item is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The item is defective, misprinted, or damaged upon arrival.

Your order number
Photos of the issue
A short note
We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
Contact us at theoddsquad@inoddwetrust.co with your order details.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are non-returnable:
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Digital or downloadable products
Wrong size orders (check the size guide like your undead life depends on it)
Buyer’s remorse or change of heart
Items lost due to incorrect address entry
Any product worn while fleeing from a vampire (or sweating through a horror convention)
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, the process has begun—threads have been stitched, ink has spilled, and the transformation is irreversible.
SHIPPING NOTES FROM THE UNDERWORLD
We partner with Printful for order fulfilment — they summon your items and send them into the mortal realm.
Multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Like Nosferatu’s rats, they travel in packs.
We don’t ship to sanctioned countries, restricted zones, or alternate dimensions (yet).
We cannot re-ship to an address if a package is returned due to an error on your part.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND SPECIFIC POLICIES
AMAZON PRINT-ON-DEMAND ORDERS
Orders fulfilled through Amazon’s print-on-demand services are subject to Amazon’s production timelines and quality standards.
Returns or refunds for Amazon print-on-demand items follow their specific policies. Please visit Amazon’s help centre or contact us for assistance.
PRINTFUL FULFILLMENT ORDERS
Printful items are custom-made and non-refundable unless damaged or defective. If an issue arises, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the defect.
